Note to John "Big Dawn" Thompson: Everyone makes fun of you
The famous (?) “Big Dawg” Brown’s fan is suing EASports. Why? Well, he says, because EA included his likeness without permission in Madden 2010. But, I think the real reason is obvious: everybody makes fun of you and you’re a Browns fan.
What do you think, does he have a case? We settled this with college athletes and retired legends, but should EA have to pay for the likenesses of NFL fans in the audience?
