I like the Hawks, they're definitely my fave NFC West team. Raiders fan here, so I expected some low ratings for my team. but I know that when the season starts, the Raiders will get the ratings they deserve. Also the defense blew some of the games so they shouldn't lower the player ratings on offense. I read that Shawn Slocum said Mason Crosby works really hard and that when he missed the field goal at minnesota or when the bears blocked his kick that is just part or being a kicker, so don't lower his accuracy to 78.
